Prabhat Rai's scintillating performance as a sculptor has dazzled Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh since the last 16 years.

Shri Prabhat Rai was born on 10th July  1963 at Gwalior. He learnt sculpting at the feet of his Guru and father late Shri Manmohan Rai. Mr Prabhat Rai has done M.A  in Fine Arts.

Shri Prabhat Rai has won many laurels and awards in a very short time and he has regularly challenged himself with new ideas and concepts.

In year 2000, he created history by creating the World's First Ashtadhatu Shivling and in year 2003 he created the World's first Navmukhi Shivling.

He is now creating a 30 feet face of Mahatma Gandhi which is an extremely remarkable piece of art.

Shri Prabhat Rai is now setting up a college of Fine Arts, " Indian Sculptor Training Institute ". This college will be of International Stature, along with that he is also building a museum of sculptures of famous people which will contain their sculptures made with Fiber.

Shri Rai is also assisted by his wife Smt Suneeta Rai who is also a postgraduate in Fine Arts and has been the inspiration and helpmate of Mr Rai since his beginning.
